Our policy is pretty straight forward; get the product to you as quickly and as safely as possible. 

So it is the policy of Pool and Spa Direct to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (same day) from order receipt. If for any reason we cannot dispatch your order within this period, we'll contact you with an estimated dispatch day.  Any order which are processed through our shoping cart and are outside our free shipping area will be contacted for payment of freight or refunded in full if required.

Below are the estimated delivery times to metropolitan areas in each state from our dispatch address in Currumbin Gold Coast, Queensland. If you are located in a remote area, it may take longer than our estimated times and you may be contacted by our courier to organise a location where they can meet you or securely leave the package. Most orders are received by our East Coast Australian customers in 1-4 working days.
